Hi Ruth, thank you for the feedback. What is not working for you? Do you mean the layout of the newsletter or do you mean the Cloudup loader? Remember you need to press the arrow in the bottom hand side to load it to a bigger size. You can also download it into a pdf. Thanks, Kristina
