Office Manager.

How did you get into publishing?

Quite by fluke. Previously I had worked in interior design and property development.

Working with an enthusiastic and professional team.

What do you look for in a book?

Relatability and accessibility – I like something that hooks me in and gives me a strong dose of reality with the added drama of a few good plot twists.

What’s on your “to be read” list?

Sorrow and Bliss by Meg Mason. Having recently read Girl with a Louding Voice by Abi Dare the next books on my list are I Do Not Come to You By Chance by Adaobi Tricia Nwabani, Born on a Tuesday by Elnathan John and Blackass by Igoni Barret.

Who is your favourite fiction character?

Brad Pitt – he’s a fictional character to me as I’ve never met him.

What is your go to reading snack?

Bubble Gum Squashies.

What soon to be published book are you most looking forward to reading?

My daughter’s when she’s finished writing it.

What book do you wish you could read again for the first time?

Tender is the Night by Scott Fitzgerald, John Grisham, The Firm and The Da Vinci Code by Dan Brown.
